Metals Exploration PLC - natural resources firm with assets in Pacific Rim - Says definitive documentation required for group's proposed restructuring is in process of being finalised. Completion will allow shares to resume trading on the AIM market and the company will request that suspension be lifted as soon as the documentation is fully executed.
Current stock price: 0.73 pence but suspended since March
