(Alliance News) - Indonesian palm oil producer MP Evans Group PLC on Thursday reported growth in the production of crude palm oil for 2020.
For the year, MP Evans's total crop of fresh fruit bunches increased by 21% to 1.21 million tonnes from 1.00 million tonnes the year before.
As a result, crude palm oil production rose by 17% to 271,000 tonnes from 231,900 tonnes the prior year, and palm kernels by 14% year-on-year to 60,400 tonnes from 53,000 tonnes.
Shares in MP Evans were up 2.9% at 700.00 pence on Thursday in London.
