LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said M&M Investment Company, a vehicle connected to the trust's manager Mark Sheppard, sold 100,000 shares at a price of 284 pence per share on Tuesday.
Following the sale, Sheppard holds a beneficial interest in 13.6 million shares, which equals a 62.94% stake in the trust.
The stock was up 3.3% at 289.18p Wednesday.
