(Alliance News) - Manchester and London Investment Trust PLC said Monday its Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold GBP87,450 worth of shares.
On Friday, Sheppard sold 15,000 shares at a price of GBP5.83 each, totalling GBP87,450.
On Wednesday last week, the company had said that M&M Investment Co, controlled by Sheppard, subscribed for 1.3 million shares at 609.5 pence, being the price equal to Manchester & London's latest reported net asset value, GBP7.6 million in total.
Manchester and London Investment Trust shares were trading 2.5% higher in London at 603.96 pence each on Monday.
