(Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard bought shares worth GBP4.3 million in the investment company in a transaction on Tuesday.
Sheppard acquired 807,573 shares at 535 pence each. Shares in Manchester & London closed 1.9% lower at 520.00 pence on Tuesday, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP153 million.
The total holding of Sheppard after the transaction was not disclosed.
