LONDON (Alliance News) - Manchester & London Investment Trust PLC on Friday said Investment Manager Mark Sheppard sold shares in the company in three transactions on Thursday.
Sheppard disposed 25,000 shares at a price of 434 pence each and 45,000 shares at 435.44p each. In total, he sold 70,000 shares, worth GBP304,450.
Shares in Manchester & London Investment Trust closed down 3.1% on Friday at 426.00p each.
It has not been disclosed how many shares, if any, Sheppard holds in the company following the deals.
