LONDON, Nov 9 (Reuters) - British retailer Marks & Spencer said it has strong plans to protect turkey supplies this Christmas, calming worries that avian flu could mean people are denied their traditional festive lunch next month.
"We've got very strong plans in place so I think we're in good shape. Christmas is protected around turkeys," Chief Executive Stuart Machin told reporters on Wednesday.
