(ShareCast News) - Minco was finally rid of its legal headache on Monday, with the company confirming a claim brought against it in the High Court had been dismissed.The claim was originally brought against the company and two of its directors - Terence McKillen and Danesh Varma - in November 2011, by John Sears and Sippdeal Trustees Ltd.It was understood the claimants were seeking damages for misrepresentation."The legal case was heard over the period of ten days in the High Court of Justice, Chancery Division, and in a judgement delivered on March 4, 2016 the claim was dismissed," Minco said.At 1550 GMT, shares were up 1.5% to 0.69p.
