LONDON (Alliance News) - Law firm Rosenblatt Group PLC said on Thursday small cap asset manager Miton Group PLC bought a 16% interest in the company after a deal Tuesday.
Also on Thursday, Rosenblatt said Schroders PLC now has a 5.3% stake in the company from undisclosed after a transaction also on Tuesday.
Shares in Rosenblatt were up 1.4% at 106.49 pence on Thursday. The company began trading on Tuesday, having raised GBP43.0 million in its initial public offering.
