LONDON (Alliance News) - Mercia Technologies PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Caroline Plumb as non-executive director with immediate effect.
Plumb is the co-founder and non-executive chair of recruitment consultancy firmFresh Minds Ltd. She is also co-founder and chief executive officer of Fluidly Ltd, a fintech software-as-a-service business that helps small and medium enterprises plan and manage their cash flow.
Shares in the investment company were trading 0.6% higher at 34.70 pence.
