MediaZest High-Profile Contract Wins Propel It To Top Of AIM Risers

Thu, 07th Nov 2013 08:56

LONDON (Alliance News) - MediaZest PLC Thursday reported a string of high-profile contract wins worth over GBP300,000 in the current year, including designing Christmas store windows for key Boots and O2 outlets and projecting Topshop's recent catwalk show into the retailer's flagship Oxford Street store, meaning it expects total full-year revenue to be significantly up on last year.

The digital advertising company said it has also won significant corporate sector contracts, including a "major" design and build of a large video wall for a "well-known" financial institution in the City, and delivery of a bespoke hologram display unit for another large and new customer in the airport security and threat detection industry.

It gave an update on a contract it won with a "large multinational brand" back in April. It said the project is now live and it has deployed in six countries, while it expects to exhibit the project in 60 countries over the next nine months.

It has already been paid over GBP850,000 for the deal, secured some small additional revenues, and believes there is "potential for further significant additional work with this client".

"The group has been asked to maintain confidentiality over the project at this time but will further update shareholders when able," it said in a statement.

It said total revenue for the financial year ending March 31, 2014 is already significantly above last year, and expects to build on that in the remaining months.

MediaZest shares were up 38.4% at 0.415 pence Thursday morning, the biggest gainer on AIM.
