Shares in MobilityOne jumped after the electronic payments group said it had raised £365,000 through a placing 'for general capital purposes.'Shares in Baltic Oil Terminals, which has port operations for the shipment of oil in the Russian territory of Kaliningrad, jumped after it said had agreed to create a joint venture with Swiss-based oil group Exoy for the sale of refined oil products.Metals treater Delta's triennial actuarial valuation of its pension plan has revealed assets a deficit of £48.5m. PT hasn't seen orders as low as this since 2007, it says. Profits last year were flat at £5.1m on revenues of £26.2m, up 10%. Underlying operating profit increased to £5.4m (2008: £4.9m). The dividend for the year rises by 10% to 6.6p.Neuropharm says bid talks are progressing with an expanded number of third parties. Although discussions are at an early stage, shareholder value is more likely to be maximised through seeking a sale or merger partner which will be better placed to fund its clinical development portfolio. Traffic surveyor Sky High posted a profit of £113,000 (2008: £310,000) for the six months to September. Turnover was £2.58m in the period compared with £2.71m in the same period the previous year. Trading in the first two months of the second half has been strong. The interim dividend is 0.5p.Kedco, the Irish-based energy group focusing on green-energy production in the UK and Ireland, has signed a joint venture agreement in relation to a 4 megawatt gasification project located in Newry, Northern Ireland. Total financing for the project will be in the order of £15m, of which about £5m will be provided by Kedco. The majority of Kedco's investment represents cash payments already made in developing the project to date.Shares in African Medical, which provides healthcare to the African middle classes and expatriates in the continent, jumped after it signed an agreement insurer Interhealth Technologies, which will direct customers to African Medical's private boutique hospitals, trauma centres and clinics.Security systems software developer Intercede saw revenues climb by 42% to £2.8m in the six months to September 30, but pre-tax profits fell to £85,000 from £222,000.African conglomerate Lonzim's 60% owned subsidiary Celsys, which invests in Zimbabwe, has eported improving trading in the southern African country. 'Continuing improvements to the economy are being reflected in increasing confidence by international investors, specifically Lonzim, who as majority shareholder of Celsys has provided lines of credit and working capital support to the Company that have facilitated the company being in a strong position to rapidly gain market share as the Zimbabwe economy recovers,' said Celsys.Electrical component maker e2v technologies received 97.75% acceptances for its £34m fully underwritten rights issue at 70p.China's Green Dragon Gas is debt free after raising $75m from a share issue to BlackRock at $6.25 each and using $55m to redeem in full the outstanding convertible bond.
