(Alliance News) - Petro Matad Ltd on Friday said its meeting on the Block XX exploitation licence has been postponed due to the implementation of a Covid-19 lockdown in Mongolia.
The Mongolian oil company said this will remain the case until either lockdown restriction ease or until the Mongolian government can organise a virtual meeting for the relevant personnel.
Petro Matad is vying to receive an exploitation licence at the block.
Shares in Petro Matad were down 9.1% at 2.50 pence in London on Friday.
