- Asia Pacific director sells 74,176 shares - Awarded as consideration for purchase of minority interests The Managing Director of SThree's Asia Pacific arm, Justin Hughes, this week sold off £264,808-worth of shares in the staffing business, which specialises in the IT sector. Hughes disposed of all 74,176 awarded shares at 357p each. SThree operates a scheme under which employees can obtain an equity stake in the business they are responsible for, which is then purchased back by the company after a specified time frame.
