LONDON (Alliance News) - Macfarlane Group PLC Thursday said Chief Executive Peter Atkinson bought 551,372 shares at a price of 26 pence per share and sold 442,500 shares 44p each under the company share plan.
Following this transaction, Atkinson now holds 854,172 shares, which represents 0.74% stake in the firm.
Shares in the packaging company were up 0.8% at 44.99 pence Thursday.
