LONDON (Alliance News) - Low & Bonar PLC said Chief Executive Officer Philip de Klerk acquired shares in the building materials firm in a transaction on Friday.
de Klerk purchased 200,935 shares at a price of 13.50 pence each, totalling GBP27,126.
Shares in Low & Bonar closed 4.0% higher on Friday at 13.80p each.
