LONDON (Alliance News) - Lakehouse PLC said Thursday that Andrew Harrison, a non-executive director, has retired from the board with immediate effect.
Lakehouse shares were down 3.1% at 39.00 pence each in afternoon trade.
Harrison first joined the asset and energy support services group's board as an alternative director to founder Steve Rawlings. Following Rawlings' death in 2016, his position was made permanent.
