Kropz PLC - African phosphate developer - Enters into a new conditional convertible equity facility of up to ZAR200 million - around USD13.2 million - with ARC Fund, in line with its strategy to deliver the company's Elandsfontein phosphate project to its first revenue. Says that all conditions precedent to the rand equity facility have been met, including relevant consents, and the first drawdown of ZAR90 million will be made next Tuesday.

Year-to-date change: up 13%

Kropz PLC - African phosphate developer - Receieves approval from South African Reserve Bank for new conditional convertible equity facility of up to ZAR550 million with ARC Fund. ARC Fund is the company's major shareholder. Says the facility will help ramp-up of operations at the company's Elandsfontein phosphate project in South Africa, as well as working capital for "general corporate purposes" and further funding for the Hinda project in the Republic of the Congo.
