Prime People PLC - recruiter - Appoints Dugald Macdonald as commercial director with immediate effect. Has been part of company for eight years since 2013, starting out by managing operations for Prime People's Asia business units.

CPPGroup PLC - Leeds-based products and services for financial services and insurance sectors - People & Culture Director Justine Shaw to step down from role with effect on April 16, after four years at the company since 2012.

JPMorgan Global Emerging Markets Income Trust PLC - investment trust - Appoints Lucy Macdonald as non-executive director with immediate effect. Her most recent role was as chief investment officer for Equities at Allianz Global Investors.
