Iconic Labs PLC, up 24% at 0.0144 pence, 12-month range 0.002p-0.04p. The media and technology business enters letter of intent with Ott Ventures sro, an entity closely affiliated with one of company's key shareholders, Ott Holdings Ltd. Under terms, Iconic would acquire a controlling stake of unmanned drone company, Sting Industries Ltd. "I have worked with Ott Ventures and the affiliated companies in Group Ott for many years and am delighted to have been able to sign this letter of intent with them as I begin the process of building a bold future for Iconic. Sting is an exceptional company," says Chief Executive Brad Taylor.

Kosmos Energy Ltd, up 17% at 236p, 12-month range 78p-291.5p. Total revenue for first quarter of 2021 broadly steady at USD176.6 million versus USD177.8 million a year ago, but pretax loss slims to USD107.5 million from USD117.2 million. "2021 is off to a strong start with momentum building across the business. We have begun infill drilling activities in Ghana and the Gulf of Mexico, will soon begin drilling in Equatorial Guinea, and are on track to deliver our production and cash flow targets for the year," says Chair & Chief Executive Officer Andrew Inglis.

Superdry PLC, up 16% at 458.40p, 12-month range 110p-468p. Sets 12-month high earlier on Monday. Clothing retailer continues strong run since posting trading update last Thursday. At that time, Superdry said it could see "light at the end of the tunnel" after financial 2021 revenue fell 21% to GBP556.6 million - though rose 0.8% to GBP118.3 million in the fourth quarter. Shares rose 28% on Thursday and 11% on Friday, continuing this rally into the new week. The stock is up 83% since 2021 began.
