(Alliance News) - Keystone Investment Trust PLC on Wednesday declared a second interim dividend of 12 pence per share.
The dividend will be paid on September 27 to shareholders on the register on September 6. The shares will be marked ex-dividend on September 5.
The company expects total dividend for the year to September 30, excluding special payouts, will be similar to, but not less than, last year's ordinary dividend of 56.00p.
Shares in the investment trust closed 0.3% lower at 1,505.00 pence each on Wednesday afternoon.
