LONDON (Alliance News) - KCOM Group PLC on Wednesday said that Chief Executive Officer Graham Sutherland purchased GBP63,135 in shares on Tuesday over two transactions.
In the first transaction, 45,000 shares were acquired at a price of 70.3 pence per share.
In the second, another 45,000 shares were bought for 70p each.
Following this transaction, Sutherland now holds 250,000 shares in total.
Shares in the internet services provider were up 0.7% at 70.00 pence on Wednesday.
