Power Metal Resources PLC - metals exploration and development company - exercises option to increase stake in Haneti project to 35% from 25%, paying GBP25,000 to Katoro Gold PLC. Following this, Katoro now holds a 65% stake in the project. Separately, Power Metal says it received a notice to exercise warrants over 4.0 million new shares. The warrants are being issued at 0.70p per share, netting the firm GBP28,000.
