JZ Capital Partners Ltd - investment company focused on US and European micro-cap companies and US real estate - Net asset value per share at February 28 year-end rises 0.7% to USD4.06 from a restated USD4.03 12 months earlier. "The US micro-cap portfolio has overall performed well, while the European portfolio continues to be challenged by the economic effects of the recession in Europe and war in Ukraine. The company is working towards realisations in both portfolios as market conditions allow," JZ Capital says.

Current stock price: 150.00 pence

12-month change: down 4.8%

JZ Capital Partners Ltd - London-based microcap-focused investment company - On Thursday reported a higher net asset value. NAV per share climbs to USD4.85 at June 23 from USD4.15 at June 30, 2021. JZ Capital Partners Ltd - microcap-focused investment company - Shares surge as firm issues an update on its interest in the secondary fund JZHL Secondary Fund LP. The secondary fund receives USD165 million to USD180 million as an one of its investees is selling its interests. JZ Capital expects to receive between USD89 million to USD94 million from the sale. It uplifts the firm's net asset value by between 56 to 63 US cents per ordinary share. As of March 31, that value stood at USD4.37.
