LONDON (Alliance News) - John Lewis of Hungerford PLC Monday said non-executive Director John Lewis sold 3 million shares at a price of 1.5 pence per share December 27.
Following this transaction, Lewis holds 77.5 million shares, representing 41.5% of the issued share capital.
Shares in the kitchen retailer traded down 4.1% at 1.75 pence Monday morning.
