JP Morgan European Investment Trust Outperforms Benchmark

LONDON (Alliance News) - JP Morgan European Investment Trust PLC Thursday said it outperformed its benchmark in the six months to end-September, with a total return on net assets of 9.1% compared with a 7.7% rise for the MSCI Europe ex UK Index.

Its share prices rose 7.2% over the six months, and, with net dividends re-invested, the total return to Growth shareholders was 10.1%.

The trust's shares were up 0.8% at 115.11 pence Thursday afternoon.
