(Alliance News) - Jupiter European Opportunities Trust PLC said Thursday it has gained shareholder approval to change its name to European Opportunities Trust PLC, which will come into effect immediately.
In late September, when announcing its annual results, the trust said it was proposing the name change as it was looking to change its investment manager and adviser to FundRock Management Co SA and Devon Equity Management Ltd respectively.
The changes in manager and adviser was agreed to in mid-October, leading to the termination of its existing arrangements with Jupiter Fund Management PLC.
Shares in the trust were down 0.2% at 782.22 pence on Thursday in London.
