Itaconix PLC - specialty polymers firm based in London - Notes the removal of US Securities Law restrictions on ordinary shares issues to "certain US persons in 2016, 2018, and 2020." US shareholders now able hold firm's ordinary shares in brokerage accounts. Adds share certificates will remain valid, with the restrictive legend no longer applying. Share certificates will not be reissued, however shareholders can request a new share certificate without the restrictive legend from the company.
Current stock price: 10.00 pence, down 11% on Monday afternoon
