LONDON (Alliance News) - Events company ITE Group PLC on Tuesday said GPP Energy Advisors Ltd has sold its entire stake in the business.
GPP sold 4.7 million ITE shares at 130.00 pence through a placing which ITE had flagged on Monday. ITE shares were down 0.9% to 135.25p.
Following the sale of the shares, which represent around a 1.8% stake in ITE, GPP Energy will no longer hold a stake in ITE.
