LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC Tuesday said Non Executive Chairman Marco Sodi purchased 25,000 shares in the company for GBP1.9496 per share.
Following the transaction, Sodi holds a total of 200,000 ITE shares, representing a 0.08% stake in the company.
ITE shares closed down 2.1% on Tuesday to 191.61 pence.
