LONDON (Alliance News) - ITE Group PLC said Monday that Chief Executive Officer Mark Shashoua bought 80,000 shares in two transactions.
Shashoua purchased the first 30,000 shares in the company at 63 pence each and further 50,000 at 62.3p for a total of GBP50,050.
His total stake in the company following the deal was not disclosed.
ITE shares were trading up 0.2% at 62.80p.
