LONDON (Alliance News) - Exhibition and conference organiser ITE Group PLC on Friday said BlackRock Inc lowered its stake in the company below 5% on Thursday.
Prior to the move, BlackRock had a 5.4% holding in ITE.
Shares closed down 0.5% on Friday at 62.70 pence each.
