LONDON (Alliance News) - IS Solutions PLC on Tuesday said it will change its name to D4t4 Solutions PLC in order to communicate its focus on data services.
The data and analytics company said the re-branding of the business will be put to shareholders at its annual general meeting, due to take place in mid-July.
"For some time now, our name and brand have been associated with the simple provision of information systems while our business has been delivering so much more than that," said Chief Executive Peter Kear.
IS Solutions shares were down 2.8% to 138.50 pence on Tuesday.
