Data company IS Solutions said Non-Executive Director Michael Tinling sold GBP112,000 of shares on Thursday.
The director sold 100,000 shares at 112 pence per share, leaving him with control of about 1.0% of the company's voting rights through 368,516 shares still held.
IS Solutions on Monday said it expects its profit to be significantly ahead of market forecasts for the full year following recent success in winning new contracts.
Shares in the software distributor closed down 0.7% at 117.18p Thursday.

Chemring Group said Juan Navarro, a regional president, sold 48,492 shares at 155p each on Wednesday. He now holds 121,955 shares. The defence and aircraft parts company's shares closed down 0.6% at 157.50p Thursday.

Ixico said Chairman Andrew Richards bought 45,899 shares at 32.68p each on Wednesday. After the purchase, Richards is beneficially interested in 76,099 shares, equal to a 0.29% stake in the company. Shares in the brain health company closed up 2.1% at 33.68p Thursday.
