IPSA Group said it expects to receive the balance owed to it by Rurelec from the sale of Westinghouse Siemens gas turbines in early 2015.Last Wednesday, Rurelec announced that it had entered into short-term loan agreements totalling £3.05m with Radix Investment UK.The facility permitted Rurelec to make final payment to IPSA under the June 2013 contract to acquire two Westinghouse Siemens 701DU gas turbines for its Illapa generation project in Chile.IPSA shares were untraded Monday morning. The shares last traded at 3p, while Rurelec shares were quoted down 0.6% at 4.35p.
