(Alliance News) - Impellam Group PLC said Tuesday it has acquired flexible staffing platform Flexy Corp Ltd for GBP3 million in cash.
Impellam said Flexy is a website where people looking for flexible labour can be put in touch with companies seeking something similar from potential employees.
In the year ended April 30, Flexy generated revenue of GBP626,000.
"The strategic partnership with Flexy combines digital capabilities and technologies with our current portfolio's deep heritage and expertise; to offer new solutions, more choice, and better, technology-led experiences for customers and candidates alike," said Impellam Chief Executive Julia Robertson.
Shares in Impellam were down 0.2% in London on Tuesday at 456.00 pence each.
