LONDON (Alliance News) - Natural gas storage developer InfraStrata PLC said Chairman Graham Lyon purchased 1.9 million shares at a price of 0.535 pence on Tuesday.
Following this transaction, Lyon has a beneficial interest in 5.9 million shares, equivalent to a 0.6% stake.
Following the issue of fee shares to certain directors, Lyon among them, his beneficial interest will amount to 9.0 million shares or a 0.9% stake.
Shares in Infrastrata were up 6.6% at 0.55 pence on Tuesday.
