LONDON (Alliance News) - Infrastructure India PLC Tuesday said Chief Executive Officer Sonny Lulla bought 300,000 shares at a price of 11.75 pence per share Monday.
Lulla is now interested in 650,000 shares, representing 0.1% of the issued ordinary share capital.
The stock was trading up 2.1% at 11.75p Tuesday.
