InnovaDerma PLC - London-based developer and marketer of beauty and personal care products under brands such as Roots and Nuthing - Says it has acquired the remaining 4% stake in Skinny Tan Pty Ltd. Skinny Tan will now be a wholly owned subsidiary of InnovaDerma. The total consideration for the acquisition was AUD960,000. InnovaDerma said the purchase comes as part of its strategy to simplify and refocus the business.
