LONDON (Alliance News) - Immunodiagnostic Systems Holdings PLC said Finance Director Paul Martin bought 10,000 shares at a price of 132 pence per share Thursday.
The purchase is Martin's only holding in the diagnostic testing kits producer.
The stock was up 1.7% at 129.60p Thursday.
