LONDON (Alliance News) - IDE Group Holdings PLC said Friday Interim Non-Executive Chairman Bill Dobbie has stepped down from the board.
Non-Executive Director Andy Parker will replace him as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, the cloud and managed IT services firm has appointed Max Royde, co-founder of fund management business Kestrel Partners LLP, as non-executive director.
Kestrel Partners is a shareholder of the company with an 18% stake.
IDE group shares were untraded Friday, last quoted at 2.35 pence.
Last Friday, IDE reported interim results which Executive Director Ian Smith said were the "worst" he had ever had to preside over, with no positive signs whatsoever.
