Horizonte Minerals PLC - Brazil-focused nickel development firm - Raises USD9.2 million, or GBP6.6 million through the issue of 88.1 million warrants at a price of 7.5 pence per share.
Each special warrant can be exercised for one ordinary share in Horizonte. The private placing was led by Paradigm Capital Inc as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner.
Proceeds from the offering will go towards initiating specific early works and advance long lead items linked to the start of construction of the Araguaia project.
