LONDON (Alliance News) - HVIVO PLC Thursday said Non-Executive Director Jim Winschel bought 12,350 ordinary shares at a price of 330 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Winschel's total interest in the company has increased to 15,702 shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the company's issued share capital.
The stock closed up 0.1% at 320.42 pence on Thursday.
