(Alliance News) - HgCapital Trust PLC announced on Friday its manager Hg has invested an additional undisclosed amount into healthcare data company Lyniate.
The London-based investment company said the transaction will result in it investing around GBP8.1 million in Lyniate alongside other clients of Hg.
HgCapital said this represents an uplift on its current investment in Lyniate of GBP7.5 million, or 1.7 pence per share.
The company added that the investment will reduce its outstanding commitments to invest in Hg transactions to around GBP396 million.
HgCapital participates in the investments of manager Hg, a software and services businesses investor.
Shares in HgCapital were down 2.6% at 406.04 pence on Friday morning in London.
