(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Monday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

Petrofac Ltd, up 4.8% at 121.40 pence, 12-month range 90.66p-241.75p. Societe Generale raises the provider of oilfield services to Buy from Hold.

DWF Group PLC, up 2.6% at 85.8p, 12-month range 45p-90p. The law firm agrees exclusive associations with Singaporean law firm, Eldan Law, and South African law firm, Thomson Wilks. "Like all of our association relationships, this agreement will provide all parties the opportunity to better serve existing and new clients, whilst ensuring consistency, familiarity and quality across the board," says DWF Chief Executive Nigel Knowles.

EnQuest PLC, up 2.5% at 16.38p, 12-month range 8.67p-25.3p. The oil and gas firm buys the Bentley oil discovery in the UK's North Sea from Whalsay Energy Holdings Ltd. EnQuest will pay up to USD2 million in accrued costs for the entire equity interest in the proven Bentley heavy-oil discovery. No other upfront consideration is payable although EnQuest may make deferred payments to Whalsay based on future revenue generated, which are capped at USD40 million.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals PLC, down 15% at 2.70p, 12-month range 1.97p-15.4p. The biotechnology company receives convertible loan note conversion notice from Mint Capital Advisors Ltd. Notice is in respect to GBP900,000 worth of notes issued on February 3. Hemogenyx to issue 29.9 million shares at conversion price of GBP0.03015 each.
