LONDON (Alliance News) - Highcroft Investments PLC Tuesday said non-executive Chairman John Hewitt bought 1,500 shares at a price of 695 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Hewitt now has a disclosable beneficial interest in 15,985 shares, representing 0.3% of the total voting rights of the company.
Shares in the real estate investment trust were untraded at 695.00 pence Tuesday.
