LONDON (Alliance News) - Nighthawk Energy PLC on Wednesday said it has now secured sufficient approval from third-party owners for the Arikaree Creek water flood project in Colorado.
Nighthawk said the application has been subject to the approval of non-cost-bearing interest owners in the project and has now secured more than the 80% support required.
Having secured this approval, Nighthawk said it is confident regulatory approval for the project by the Colorado Oil & Gas Conservation Committee will be sealed after the hearing scheduled for June 6 and 7.
Shares in Nighthawk were down 3.8% at 0.996 pence Wednesday.
