(Alliance News) - GYG PLC said Wednesday that Jupiter Asset Management Ltd now holds a 6.6% stake in the company with effect on Monday, following a transfer of investment managers.
On Friday last week, Woodford Investment Management Ltd transferred portions of a number of holdings following Omnia Investments' decision to remove Woodford as the Omnis Income & Growth fund manager.
Part of these transactions includes Woodford Investment Management disclosing a 20% stake or 9.3 million shares in GYG compared to a 26% stake before the Omnis transfer.
Shares in the superyacht services firm were untraded on Wednesday, last quoted at 52.04 pence.
