DIRECTOR DEALINGS: GW Pharmaceuticals Medical Officer Sells Shares

LONDON (Alliance News) - GW Pharmaceuticals PLC said Chief Medical Officer Stephen Wright exercised an option to purchase 198,288 shares at a price of 28.15 pence per share, which he then converted into 16,524 American depositary shares and sold via Nasdaq at a price of USD98.75 Wednesday.

The sale represents less than 0.1% of the total shares in issue of the company.

GW Pharmaceuticals shares closed flat at 623.42 pence a share Wednesday.
