LONDON (Alliance News) - Globalworth Real Estate Investments Ltd on Wednesday said the open market value of its portfolio increased between the end of June and the end of September.
The open market value of its portfolio was EUR831.8 million at the end of September, up from EUR808.8 million at the end of June.
The company said the increase was mainly as a result of "further capital expenditure incurred" in the third quarter of 2015 for investment properties under development.
The loan to value ratio of the company increased to 47.5% from 44.9% over the course of the three months.
Its net asset value per share fell to EUR7.95 from EUR7.97 in that time.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased to EUR38.2 million in the nine months to September 30 from EUR10.0 million in the corresponding period the prior year.
The real estate investment company focuses on the Romanian market.
Shares in Globalworth were untraded on Wednesday morning.
